| Rock River Christian College is located in Beloit, Wisconsin and is focused on helping those interested in ministry training. Rock River Christian College exists to train harvest workers: pastors, evangelists, missionaries, teachers and church leaders. We see that so many churches have needs that only can be filled through quality biblical training. We also see a world that is dying without that saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. It is our goal to train people to go out and help others find faith in Jesus Christ. Second, we feel that many people who live in the Southern Wisconsin/ Northern Illinois area would like to receive training for ministry locally. Whether they want to gain a better understanding of the Bible or train for full time ministry, they have a need that we can meet. Most of these people have families, jobs and connections in this area and are hesitant to move to go to school, especially if they just want to take a class or two. Third, we feel that Beloit, Wisconsin offers a central location for those in the Midwest who are willing to move to go to school, but still would like to be only a few hours or at most a day's drive from home. |
