| FAQs Where is Rock River Christian College? Rock River Christian College is located at 1146 Grant Street in Beloit, Wisconsin. We are just a few minutes north of the Illinois/Wisconsin state line. What about housing? Because we are a small college, we do not have housing for our students. There are several apartments in the area. We will assist students in finding housing if needed. How much is tuition and is there financial aid? All classes are three credit hours. Tuition is $80.00 per credit hour or $240.00 per class. If a student wishes to audit a class, the tuition is $55.00 per credit hour or $165.00 per class. There are no out of state fees, no lab fees, no hidden costs. We cannot accept financial aid from outside sources. What is the payment policy at RRCC? Full payment of tuition is due at the beginning of each semester. Traditional payments are accepted as well as Visa and MasterCard. Under special circumstances, an installment plan may be available. Where do I get my textbooks? Rock River Christian College does have its own library and a limited bookstore. However, it is the school's policy for students to order their own text books from the internet or through other sources; however if that cannot be done, we can order textbooks for our students. What kind of degree may I receive? Once you have completed our program and have earned credits for general education courses from another educational system meeting all RRCC criteria, you will receive a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with a minor in Christian Ministry. Or, you may enter our graduate program and earn a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies or Christian Ministry Why do I have to take General Education courses at another school? RRCC's focus is to provide the best bible and Christian education for our students and we have concentrated our resources to that goal. We do accept credits for transfer from other colleges and universities based on our requirements. There are several community colleges within a reasonable commuting distance. |
